Storylight is for meaningful, real-world storytelling. These rules apply to public stories, comments, profiles, connections, narration, and brand participation.
Respect people and their privacy
Do not harass, threaten, shame, stalk, impersonate, or reveal private identifying information. Get appropriate permission before sharing sensitive stories, recordings, or photographs involving other people.
Protect children
No sexual exploitation, grooming, or sexualized content involving minors. Adults are responsible for appropriate permission and privacy when family material includes children.
Keep Storylight safe
Do not post hate, credible threats, encouragement of self-harm, graphic abuse, malicious doxxing, or content intended to intimidate a person or protected group.
Tell the truth about context
Do not use deceptive identities, manipulate historical claims as fact, or conceal paid, sponsored, or brand relationships. Brand stories must be clearly disclosed.
No spam or abuse of the service
Do not flood Storylight, run scams, distribute malware, scrape private archives, evade blocks or moderation, or repeatedly post unwanted promotion.
Respect ownership
Only upload material you have the right or permission to preserve and share. Report copyright concerns with enough detail for review.
Reports, blocks, and enforcement
Signed-in members can report stories and comments and block contributors. EverStroll may filter clearly objectionable submissions, remove content, limit public participation, or suspend accounts. Decisions consider context, safety, privacy, ownership, and repeated behavior. To appeal or ask a safety question, visit Safety & Support.
